The Bunkhouse
Perfect for the adventurer who is looking for a simple and clean place to rest after a day on the trails, The Outpost’s Bunkhouse features six motel-style rooms with two queen beds, a full-sized bathroom, coffee maker, microwave, and TV. With views of Sand Mountain from the West porch and Hahn’s Peak from the East, the Bunkhouse is a great spot to hang up your hat or helmet!

One Bedroom Cabin
Our one-bedroom and studio-style cabins offer the quintessential mountain getaway. Rustic and cozy, these classically styled cabins feature rough cut wood interiors, full bathrooms with tub/showers, and a fully-equipped kitchen. These cabins are cozy enough for a romantic weekend in the mountains, yet also furnished with a queen-sized pull out couch for friend groups or families.

Two Bedroom loft cabins
The two-bedroom loft cabin is a great fit for friends or families that are looking for a traditional cabin stay. The first floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a couch and table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Stairs lead up to the open air loft, furnished with two full-sized beds and a dresser.

Getting the entire crew together for a reunion, hunting expedition, or sledding on a bluebird day? Our two-bedroom cabins feature one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a secondary bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen-sized pull-out couch. With a full-sized and fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfy living room, our two-bedroom cabins are the perfect headquarters for mountain fun. And don’t worry, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and shower, so no more fights over who gets to warm up or wash up first!

Nestled in the back of our property, and featuring electric hook-ups, our six RV camping sites have great views of the Elkhead Mountain Range. Perfect for parking the rig and pulling out the camp chairs for an epic sunset.

Pets are apart of The Outpost family. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, per reservation. Ask about our stabling options for horses!
