Firstly and I think most importantly, the people that work here are PHENOMENAL! All of them are happy and helpful. Sarah, Kyrsten, Theresa in the bar/reception/store were always so pleasant and the lady who runs housekeeping (sorry forgot her name!) sorted out our only issue with the hut quickly and fairly. We were hesitant about spending the money on the UTV tour. However, it turned out to be an incredible experience that was absolutely worth every penny! Driving and navigating the trails was a lot of fun, and the views were simply breathtaking. We’re already planning to return next year, and we might even extend our stay to hike up Hahns Peak. So far "AWESOME" !! We are not even there yet and Keirston has been so great and helpful to talk to. I have been going to Steamboat lake since I was an infant. Third visit to the Outpost and third time it was amazing! This time it was at Christmas. I love the new changes with the Coffee Bar - so awesome to be able to get coffee and a danish early in the morning! All the Staff were very friendly!!! Meals in the Restaurant were very good.
