Location

We are located 25 miles north of Steamboat Springs, in North Routt County.

Steamboat Springs routinely make the top lists of the best places to visit in Colorado. While people are familiar with Steamboat, fewer people know about the beauty and adventure happening just north of the city. Miles of trails lead to large open meadows, access to the Continental Divide, and great riding around Hahn’s Peak, Farwell Mountain and Sand Mountain. Our property is near both National Forest and State Park land.

Check out the map for a sense of how much terrain there is to explore!

Elevation at The Outpost is 8200 ft. We receive an average of 300- 350 inches of snow a year, but in good years, like 2022-2023, that number climbs towards 500 inches.
